Identify the disease area on durian tree trunk then thorn the layer of the trunk. Discard trunk skin 5-8cm of the surrounding affect area. Apply Forum® mixture to the exposed tissue.
Do not harvest at least 1 day after the last spraying for durian.

Product application information:
- Guide in treating durian tree:
Apply when attack occurred. For better control, practice cultural acts including environment cleanliness, well draining system and others needed to be implemented (if required, apply for 1 week intervally. Do not use this fungicide for more than 6 times application per year). If treatment has to be repeated, use Forum® consecutively with fungicides from other groups which provide different modes of action.
- Mixing Guide:
It is recommended to use knapsack with a solid cone nozzle size 5/64". Fill up half of the tank with clean water. Add in adequate Forum® by follow the recommendation rate in label into a 1 liter water container and stir it until it completely dissolve. Pour the mixture into the knapsack and top up the tank with clean water and stir it. Do not use higher rate than recommended. Do not keep the remaining Forum® inside the knapsack.
- Spraying Guidelines:
Spray when symptom begin to appear. For good control, spray thoroughly onto the upper and lower surfaces of the leaves. Repeat spray every 7 days interval when necessary only. Do not use lower rate from recommended or more than 4 times per season for tomato to reduce the resistancy effect. If treatment needs to be repeated, use Forum® alternately with fungicides from other groups that has same mode of action.
5 Golden rules when handling Crop protection products:

- Make sure to wash and clean right after spraying.
- Always be careful and maintain caution in using any crop protection products.
- Always use appropriate PPE during mixing and application: gloves, goggles, long sleeves, long pants, rubber boots, hat.
